Shipping & Return
We offer free UPS ground shipping on all orders to the lower 48 States.
Unfortunately, since these parts are quite heavy and large we cannot offer free shipping to Puerto Rico, Hawaii nor Alaska. We do offer shipping to these areas, but it will be based upon UPS quotations. Please feel free to contact us directly.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO's as UPS will not deliver to these locations.
If you would prefer a different or expedited shipping option, please contact us and we will be glad to work around your needs.
Shipping:- We ship UPS Ground by default
- Same-day shipping will be provided for orders placed before 5PM EST
- Orders after 5PM EST will be shipped the next business day
- Orders on the weekend or holiday will be shipped the next business day
- Tracking will be provided immediately to the email provided in your order
Returns:
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return auto parts that:
- Are in their original packaging
- Have not been used, installed or disassembled
- Are not damaged due to improper installation
We will issue a full refund for any returned auto parts when your return meets the above requirements, less our 15% restocking fee. The cost of shipping (if any) will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error or involves a defective auto part. All other situations require the customer to pay the cost of return shipping and a 15% restocking fee from the refund.
